FREMONT, Calif., Dec. 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX), a leading business process services company, today announced that it expects Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2018 Revenue to be in the range of $5.5 billion to $5.6 billion, exceeding the high end of the previously issued outlook range of $5.2 billion to $5.4 billion. The company expects non-GAAP diluted earnings per share to be in the range of $3.20 to $3.30, exceeding the previously announced outlook range of $2.90 to $3.10. Non-GAAP financial measures exclude the amortization of intangibles, acquisition-related and integration expenses and the related tax effect thereon, and adjustments related to repatriation tax and the remeasurement of deferred taxes. Expected fourth quarter results are preliminary and subject to SYNNEX's management and independent auditors completing their customary quarterly and year end procedures.
