FORT COLLINS, Colo., Aug. 31, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Synergetics Incorporated (Synergetics), a leading provider of custom software solutions, announced that it was awarded a contract by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to modernize and migrate some of its legacy cataloging and data solutions systems to the Cloud. This contract will license Synergetics' OpenFLIS Platform as a Service (PaaS) coupled with DLA-owned applications delivered via a Cloud architecture.
OpenFLIS is a software platform that allows legacy applications to be modernized and deployed in a Federal and Defense approved cloud (FedRAMP) at a fraction of the cost and in less time than conventional approaches.
