Synch-Solutions Completes Second Phase of ERP System Rapid Implementation at University of Arkansas at Monticello

CHICAGO, Aug. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Synch-Solutions announced today that it has completed Phase II of a three-phase rapid implementation of PeopleSoft Enterprise Campus Solutions, Financial Management and Human Capital Management applications for the University of Arkansas at Monticello (UAM). The full-scale rapid implementation process – from startup to production environment – is to be completed in only 15 months, compared to the two years or more expected for a traditional implementation. Rapid implementation is enabling UAM to reduce costs while allowing the institution to better focus on strategic initiatives.

Phase I of the project included go-live of the financial aid functionality of the Campus Solutions component of the system. Phase II included go-live of all remaining functions of Campus Solutions and of the Financial Management component. In Phase III, to be completed in October, the Human Capital Management component will be fully implemented.
