The Video Content Company Adds Three Veterans to Client Solutions Team
NEW YORK, June 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Synaptic Digital, the world's premier multichannel digital media creation and distribution platform, today announced the continued expansion of its U.S. Client Solutions team with three new hires.

Richard Knafelc joins as Vice President, Clients Solutions in the company's Los Angeles Office. With over 12 years of experience in the communications field, Mr. Knafelc comes to Synaptic Digital from PR Newswire where he spent four years as an Account Manager. He is a familiar face on industry and academic panels about the influencing power of digital and social media, and effective public relations strategies for the film industry. Richard began his career in the communications industry with Internet Wire (now Marketwire) as an Inside Sales Executive and then as the Client Services Manager. He also worked at Video Monitoring Service as an Account Service Representative.
Christopher Jordan joins the team at Synaptic Digital's New York Headquarters as Director, Client Solutions. Mr. Jordan was previously a Senior Sales Executive at Critical Mention, the real time digital video broadcast monitoring platform, where he focused on creating customized solutions for brands and corporations in the consumer products, financial and retail industries. Earlier, Mr. Jordan was a Corporate Sales Executive at Mimeo.com, a technology platform for document production and distribution. He began his career in sales at Info USA, the direct marketing services company.
Veteran Synaptic Digital Producer, Sharon Fraade, also moves over to the Client Solutions team. Since joining the company in 2006, Sharon has helped a wide array of Synaptic Digital's top clients achieve success through her production work on fashion, business, technology, medical, and consumer stories. Sharon began her career at BusinessWeek Money Talks - a national financial series which aired on ABC. From there she developed and produced a Consumer Reports series for PBS. Ms. Fraade has earned several Telly Awards which recognize superior achievement in the ability of a campaign to produce real, measurable results. For the last few years Fraade played a significant role in the production and distribution of the company's Narrative Marketing campaigns for Fortune 50 companies.
