Founded in 2013, Wishbone Energy Partners is a Houston based company specializing in the acquisition and development of various and gas assets with strong focus on the Permian Basin, Texas and Mid-Continent.

In the industry since 1999, Sylvia has grown to make a name for herself in the geology world. Her areas of concentration include drilling, geology and geophysics, petroleum geology, sequence stratigraphy and much more.

As Senior Geologist, Sylvia is responsible for the identification, evaluation and verification within structural and stratigraphic locations through various methodologies by utilizing geological cross sections, geophysical interpretation, map constructions and forward modeling.

Recognized as a VIP Woman of The Year by the National Association of Professional Women, Sylvia is an esteemed member of the American Association for Petroleum Geology, Society for Petroleum Engineers, Society of Exploration Geophysics, Houston Geological Society and the Geophysical Society of Houston.

Graduating from the University of Texas with her Master of Science in Geology, Sylvia also holds an undergraduate degree in Geology/ Geophysics from the University of Colorado- Boulder.
