This benchmark simulates decision support systems that analyze enterprise-scale data volumes, execute queries with a high degree of complexity, and give answers to critical business questions. The test results provide another example of how the Sybase IQ 15.2 innovative architecture and query parallelism delivers maximum performance while requiring less overall IT resources by fully utilizing available assets, which significantly reduces ownership costs.

- The best performance at the 1 TB scale-factor among non-clustered systems with 164,747 QphH. This record performance was achieved using half the number of processor cores over the previous leader at the 1 TB scale-factor among non-clustered systems
- A greater than 40% reduction in price-performance over the previous performance record holder at the 1 TB scale-factor among non-clustered systems
- With Sybase IQ 15.2, the highest QphH ever published for Sybase IQ in the TPC-H
