SweeterAlternative.com Offers Sonoma Getaway for Indy Grand Prix
Contest Will Raise Awareness about the Benefits of Sugarcane Ethanol
WASHINGTON, June 28 /PRNewswire/ -- SweeterAlternative.com today announced a contest that will send one winner and a guest on a three night, four day getaway to California's world famous wine country for the Indy Grand Prix of Sonoma (August 20-22nd, 2010). SweeterAlternative.com will cover airfare, hotel, and VIP seating at the race – as well as a guided tour through one of the state's most scenic regions and an organized wine tasting. For a chance to win, log on to www.sweeteralternative.com/Sonoma.
Sugarcane ethanol fuels nearly all of the IZOD IndyCar races in the United States. "The contest will raise awareness about the benefits of sugarcane ethanol, a clean renewable fuel that could help Americans save money at the pump and cut dependence on Middle East oil," said Joel Velasco, Chief Representative of the Brazilian Sugarcane Industry Association (UNICA). "Unfortunately, the fuel is practically unavailable in the U.S. due to a 54-cent per gallon tariff which is set to expire at the end of this year. We hope this sweet deal will broaden awareness about the benefits of sugarcane ethanol and motivate Americans to demand greater choice at the pump," he added.
The Details:
- Participants must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 21 or older at the time of entry
- Participants may only enter once per day
The Prize:
- Roundtrip airfare for two from anywhere in the U.S.
- Hotel accommodations for three nights
- A five-hour trip through Sonoma's wine country and organized wine tasting with a driver
- VIP seating at the Indy Grand Prix of Sonoma on August 22
