SWBC's Financial Institution Group Hires Jeff Mortenson as Vice President of Client Relations for AutoPilot® Services

SAN ANTONIO, Texas, Oct. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- SWBC, an international financial services company providing a wide range of insurance, mortgage and investment services to individuals, businesses and financial institutions, today announced that its financial institution group has hired Jeff Mortenson as vice president of client relations for AutoPilot® services.

In this role, Jeff directs staff and activities involved with customer service support of collections products and services, acts as a strategic resource for key clients throughout the country and ensures sales efficiency through proper utilization of automation technology.

Jeff is primarily responsible for client relations surrounding SWBC's financial institution group's AutoPilot services; a suite of risk and account management services designed for financial institutions that want to more effectively manage the way they interact with consumers. AutoPilot provides one platform in which users can add additional services, monitor the status of accounts and activities, view notes and run detailed reports. Services available to AutoPilot users include collections, payments processing, insurance tracking and asset recovery.

Prior to joining SWBC, Jeff served as vice president of lending for a Texas-based federal credit union where he was responsible for planning, organizing and directing the lending services in the areas of sales, risk management, credit underwriting, processing, analytics, collections and asset recovery functions.
