NEW YORK, May 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Sutherland Asset Management Corporation (NYSE: SLD) (the "Company") today announced that the Company will hold its 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 beginning at 10:00 am ET at the offices of Clifford Chance LLP, located at 31 West 52nd Street, New York, New York 10019. The Board of Directors has established the close of business on May 5, 2017, as the record date for determining shareholders entitled to vote at and attend the Annual Meeting.
