Susquehanna Financial Group Hires King She as Special Situations Analyst
NEW YORK, June 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Susquehanna Financial Group, LLLP (SFG), the institutional broker dealer member of the Susquehanna International Group of Companies (SIG), announced today its recent hiring of King She as an analyst on SFG's Event-Driven/Special Situations desk. Mr. She focuses on merger arbitrage and reports to John Larkin, SFG's Head of Event-Driven/Special Situations. He is based out of SFG's New York office.

Prior to joining SFG, Mr. She was the head analyst for Barclays Capital's Event Driven Desk, responsible for producing event-driven equity strategy and market intelligence. Previously, he spent ten years working for Lehman Brothers as a vice president in the firm's Global M&A investment banking group with a focus on the Communications and Media industry. Mr. She brings a wealth of client relationships and expertise on a variety of North American risk arbitrage and special situations. Mr. She earned his BS with Distinction from Cornell University and an MBA from University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business.
