Susquehanna Financial Group Hires Joseph Stauff as Credit Analyst

NEW YORK, June 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Susquehanna Financial Group, LLLP (SFG), the institutional broker dealer member of the Susquehanna International Group of Companies (SIG), announced today its recent hiring of Joseph Stauff. Mr. Stauff is a credit analyst on SFG's Event-Driven/Special Situations Desk and a part of SFG's Strategy and Product Overlay team. His coverage focuses on thematic trends in credit, credit sensitive equities and post-reorganization equities. Mr. Stauff is based in SFG's New York office, where he reports to John Larkin, Head of Event-Driven/Special Situations, and Mike Towey, SFG's Director of Research.

Prior to joining SFG, Mr. Stauff spent six years at CRT Capital where he was a senior vice president and special situations analyst. Previously, he was a senior media research analyst for Credit Suisse First Boston and Soundview Capital. Mr. Stauff's research is based on a top-down approach to complex capital structures, typically for highly leveraged companies in the decline, restructuring and post-reorganization phases of the business cycle. Mr. Stauff earned his BS from Northeastern University and his MBA from Cornell University's The Johnson School.
