Susie Glass Joins Douglas Elliman As Vice President Of Development Marketing In Florida

MIAMI, Sept. 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --  Douglas Elliman Real Estate announces that marketing specialist Susie Glass has joined the company's Florida brokerage as Vice President of Development Marketing. Ms. Glass brings over eight years of development and real estate marketing experience with a focus on branding, marketing analysis, and strategy for luxury condominiums. She is also a licensed real estate associate in Florida.

She was instrumental in the transition and acquisition of five offices and over 150 associates from Related Cervera Realty Services to Cervera Real Estate, and developing and rolling out an extensive marketing and sales strategy for the CRE sales force. Prior to that, Ms. Glass served as Vice President of Marketing at Metro 1 Properties where she developed the brand into one of the premier commercial brokerages in Miami.

In addition to her successful marketing career, Ms. Glass also holds numerous Chair positions in the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), Miami-Dade and the Keys Branch. IN 2008, she became the first and youngest female LEED Accredited Professional in the Miami real estate industry.
