Susan Divers and Laura Jacobus Join LRN Advisory Services Group
Seasoned Ethics & Compliance executives bring more than 50 years of combined experience to advisory services organization
NEW YORK, Sept. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- LRN, the leader in Ethics & Compliance knowledge solutions and advisory services, announced today that Susan Divers and Laura Jacobus have joined the company's Advisory Services group.
In their roles, Ms. Divers and Ms. Jacobus will provide senior-level counsel to ethics and compliance leaders around effective global E&C program management and strategy, code of conduct development and curriculum planning, and program design and deployment.

Ms. Divers brings more than thirty years of legal experience in the area of international compliance. Prior to LRN, Ms. Divers served as AECOM's Assistant General Counsel for Global Ethics & Compliance and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer. Under her leadership, AECOM's ethics and compliance program garnered six external awards in recognition of its effectiveness and Ms. Divers' thought leadership in the ethics field.
Ms. Jacobus is a seasoned attorney who has held both legal and strategic business operations leadership roles at global high tech companies, including Cisco Systems and Juniper Networks. At Juniper, she developed and implemented a highly-regarded ethics and compliance program and led the process that resulted in Juniper twice receiving the coveted Ethics Inside Certification and being named a repeat honoree of the World's Most Ethical Companies designation by Ethisphere Institute.
