Susan Conway is an Implementation Consultant working with clients in the areas of customer and internal application training, creates and maintains training material, and assists R&D with auditing upgrades. With over twenty five years of industry experience, Susan supports a vast amount of clinical applications including orders, clinical documentation, charging, electronic medication administration, radiology/PACS management, and Computerized Physician Order Entry. Susan also has varied experience with implementing software from a vendor and customer perspective.

Attributing her success to her integrity and ethics following customer first principles, Susan continues to build her career with continued education as a Certified Respiratory Therapist and attaining certification as a clinical domain expert. Additionally, she is also working on her Six Sigma and Project Management certifications.

Prior to this position, Susan spent more than twenty years in the healthcare field with Oconee Memorial Hospital, and at Cannon Memorial Hospital as a respiratory therapist and staff educator. She has taught Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, including Advanced Cardiac Life Support for the Experienced Provider, and Pediatric Life Support.
