As Senior Environmental Engineer with over fifteen years of experience, Susan is recognized as an expert in the fields of vapor intrusion, manufactured gas plants, community relations, and stakeholder negotiations. She is also experienced in design engineering, development and oversight of company-wide and community health and safety programs, the dispute resolution process, and managing complex environmental projects. Susan maintains affiliation with NSPE, AEHS, AWMA and the National Association of Professional Women, where she was recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of The Year.
Outside of work, Susan enjoys painting, sculpting, tennis, and spending time with her son. She can be found donating her charity to organizations including local Goodwill, women's shelters, and food banks.
During her collegiate career, Susan received her Master's degree in Public Health from the University Of Rochester School Of Medicine. Additionally, she earned both her Master of Science degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering with a minor in Public Policy and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering and Geological Engineering from Cornell University. She is also a Fellow of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Environmental Public Health Leadership Institute.
