SURF Division Launched by Audubon

HOUSTON, Nov. 17, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- In response to industry needs, Audubon is pleased to announce the launch of its new SURF division. With our continued initiative to better serve our customers and to complement and expand our current services, we have hired an experienced team of SURF professionals, headed up by Shamim Suleman, to lead this division and grow this sector of our business.

As a key leader in the subsea industry, Mr. Suleman has participated and led several world class subsea projects over the past decade. His expertise includes project management and subsea system engineering and design, experience in all phases of the subsea projects from conceptual study to completion. Suleman also has extensive experience in all phases of the planning and execution of subsea projects including client interface, business development, operation strategy, optimization of resources, engineer development, standardization of engineering processes, reviewing financials of the project and maximizing the project revenue.

Audubon's SURF division will engineer, plan, design, and manage the construction of complete subsea systems, including flow assurance, heavy oil, riser systems, pipeline and flow line services. Audubon's existing offshore engineering specialists will support the SURF engineering group, complementing the engineering capabilities and disciplines needed to perform subsea systems projects.
