SurePure Announces Full Year Results and Filing of Its Annual Report on Form 10-K

NEW YORK, March 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- SurePure, Inc. (OTCQB: SURP), a global leader in liquid photopurification, announced today the Company has filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2014, with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Reflecting the increase in its commercial activity, as more fully described in the Business Update released on February 12, 2015, the Company reported revenues of approximately $557,000 for the year ended December 31, 2014, representing a 226% increase as compared to approximately $171,000 of revenues for the year ended December 31, 2013.
