SuperShuttle celebrates 30 years

PHOENIX, June 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- SuperShuttle celebrates 30 years of service this year and officially kicked off its summer-long 30 year anniversary promotion June 1.  Mitch Rouse, the then owner of Yellow Cab, Los Angeles, founded SuperShuttle, the nation's largest shared-ride airport shuttle service in 1983.  Rouse got the idea when his brother-in-law ordered one of his cabs to pick up his family for a ski trip and the family couldn't fit in a cab with all their equipment and SuperShuttle was born.
