Lawsuit Initiated by The Beckerman Group v. Caroline Venza is ruled Specious and in Bad Faith
SAN FRANCISCO, June 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Following a hearing on April 10, 2014, the Superior Court for the City and County of San Francisco, the Honorable Ernest H. Goldsmith presiding, issued an order in favor of Caroline Venza and MissionCTRL Communications, awarding Ms. Venza and her company attorneys' fees incurred defending a lawsuit brought against them by The Beckerman Group, a New Jersey-based company.
