SAN DIEGO, Feb. 22, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Sonant® Corporation announced the recent go-live status of its cloud-based contact center automation product, CourtTalk™ Traffic, for the Los Angeles Superior Court (LASC). Using phone or web access, citizens can get information about their traffic citations, make payments on traffic citations and traffic payment plans, sign up for traffic school, as well as request an arraignment hearing date and an extension on traffic payments and hearing dates.
LASC is one of the largest traffic court systems in the United States serving over 10 million people of the county and is dedicated to serving their community by providing equal access to justice through the fair, timely and efficient resolution of all transactions.
