Superion Announces Key Leadership Positions
Public Sector Software Company Continues with Transformation
ORLANDO, Fla., May 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Following its April 20 brand announcement, Superion, LLC, a leading provider of public sector software, today announced the appointment of key leadership positions, including Simon Angove, Chief Executive Officer (CEO); Kevin Lafeber, President and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO); Todd Schulte, Chief Operating Officer (COO) and John Pulling, Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Angove was appointed CEO on April 24, underscoring the newly named company's commitment to powering the public experience. He joins Superion from his role as a senior executive at Verint, a billion-dollar software company focused on customer-engagement management and cyber security.
"It is a privilege to join Superion at a time of such meaningful change and promise," said Angove. "There are increased demands from citizens for better public experiences and safer communities, and attention is turning to technology modernization and innovation. That presents an enormous opportunity for us to take the lead in innovating and delivering truly compelling product solutions for our current customers and future prospects."
After serving as interim COO, Lafeber will continue with Superion as President and CCO. In this role, he will lead the sales and marketing departments to further the company's goals of expanding market presence and achieving strategic growth, while driving toward customer success and ensuring it remains a key focal point for Superion.
As COO, Schulte will be responsible for continued customer success and overall customer satisfaction across the entire organization. He served previously as Senior Vice President of Customer Solutions at Aptean, where he led the support services and education teams. His experience in this area spans more than two decades.
In his role as CTO, Pulling is responsible for product management, product development and quality assurance operations. He has more than 25 years of operational leadership experience in the enterprise software industry. Pulling joined Superion from Lanyon, where he also served as CTO while leading product management, product development, and cloud infrastructure.
"Superion products provide a platform for more than 175 million citizens to interact with their local government and make those operations run smoothly. Our new team is aligned to grow the business and enable our customers to succeed in making their communities better places to live and work," said Angove.
Marc Teillon, Principal at Vista Equity Partners, adds, "The combined technology experience and operational tenure of this executive team provides the leadership necessary for Superion to power the public experience and advance the communities in which we work and live. We look forward to collaborating with Simon and his team to build a high performing organization that prioritizes customers and the solutions on which they depend."
