SuperCom (NASDAQ: SPCB), a global provider of secure solutions for the e-Government, Public Safety, HealthCare, and Finance sectors announced today that Leaders in Community Alternatives (LCA), a subsidiary of SuperCom, has been selected to implement and deploy a community-based supportive services program to reduce recidivism in a new county in Northern California, further expanding its presence in the state.
This new program, which is expected to commence in February 2017, is valued at approximately $500,000 per year and was awarded for an initial term of 18 months with an optional extension of up to five years, which equals $750,000 to $2.5 million in total program revenue. The program is expected to provide LCA with a valuable platform in this county opening up other potential growth opportunities.
"Having served municipalities in the State of California since 1991, we are pleased to have been chosen by a new county customer for this engagement and believe this decision is a testament to the value of our services and the quality of our work to date," commented Ms. Linda Connelly, Founder and President of LCA.
