Sungevity Adds Top Executives and Silicon Valley Veteran Skip Battle Joins Board of Directors
Bay Area Solar Company Continues Growth with Impressive New Team members
OAKLAND, Calif., Feb. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Sungevity, the leading online residential solar provider, announced today the addition of Alec Guettel as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Nick Mack as General Counsel, and Skip Battle to its Board of Directors.
"I have been excited to be involved with Sungevity since the start, as a Board member, but am now thrilled to be joining the team full-time as we gear up for a great year of growth," said Alec Guettel. "It is going to be a privilege to work beside Skip and Nick as well as the existing team members as we deliver easy and affordable solar electricity to mainstream America and beyond."
The additions follow Sungevity's recent move into new offices in Oakland's historic Jack London Square, where the two year old solar company has plans for continued growth and expansion. Mayor Ron Dellums welcomed the company to Oakland in his State of the City speech last night.
"We've been very intentionally building a dream team to provide the best customer experience of solar as a service. Now with Nick, Alec and Skip rounding out our senior team plus our new home we'll be able to fulfill our potential," said Danny Kennedy, President and cofounder of Sungevity.
