Sundyne Appoints AESPUMP as new Partner in South Africa

ARVADA, Colo., June 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Sundyne has named AESPUMP as the sole authorized representative, distributor and service provider for South Africa. Effective as of May 1^st, 2013, AESPUMP is responsible for performing sales, maintenance, repair and technical support for the entire portfolio of Sundyne pumps and compressors throughout the country, in addition to the supply of spares.

Launched in 2012 from the former rotating equipment repairs division of AESSEAL, AESPUMP is located in Secunda, South Africa. Their primary business focus is trained on the support of petrochemical refineries and mining operations, in addition to the repair of API 610 pumps.

Sundyne made the decision to grant the appointment to AESPUMP after completing a comprehensive audit of the company's capabilities, which include pump testing facilities, Level 4BEE certification, compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and OSHAS18001 industrial standards, merSETA approval for apprenticeship training and flame-proofed electric apparatuses for use in explosive gas atmospheres.
