Local Community Bank Takes Over Former Citibank Premises in Kingsburg, CA
VISALIA, Calif., June 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Suncrest Bank today announced the opening of its third branch location, and first in Fresno County. The Central California bank has taken over the premises formerly occupied by Citibank in Kingsburg, CA and plans to offer a full range of banking services at the location.
President and CEO, Mr. Ciaran McMullan said, "Kingsburg is a vibrant and growing community, and the recent closures of a number of national banks in that community represents a fantastic opportunity for Suncrest." McMullan went on to say, "Markets such as Kingsburg are an ideal fit with Suncrest's growth strategy, and we look forward to many successful years serving that community."
In addition, and for the second straight year, Suncrest has been named in the top 200 Healthiest Banks in America by analysis firm, DepositsAccounts.com. Suncrest was ranked #95 out of the 7,000 federally insured banks and is one of only 49 banks to make the list two years running, scoring an A+ grading.
