Sunbelt International Inc. - Corporate update from the PRESIDENT:
SHANGHAI, China, May 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Sunbelt International (http://www.sunbelt-inter.com/) (OTCBB: SUNB) President Fang Soo Liu is pleased to report that Sunbelt International wind/solar turbines are continuously improving as a direct result of successful testing implementation conducted through a variety of extreme conditions.
The solar/wind turbine test facility in Northern Canada is continuing operations. A more recent test facility in Huaishuo, a remote area in Mongolia provides ideal conditions for pushing products to the maximum during testing. The location is also complementary to market penetration targets in neighboring China. A second mulit-million dollar facility will be located in the central plateau region of Tanzania. This project will provide global reach for Sunbelt International.
In addition to turbine testing, Sunbelt International continues to achieve corporate strategic growth targets through manufacturing, distribution and financing agreements. Qingdao Xingguang Wind Power is a Chinese manufacturer. As a key player in the industry, the company has signed agreements to act on behalf of Sunbelt International regarding all manufacturing and parts supplies for production of CE ISO certified wind turbines. A recently signed letter of intent with a private Chinese banking consortium will provide non-dilutive equity financing, which is a critical component for achieving growth targets for Sunbelt International.
The quality assurance provided from testing in extreme conditions, paired with successful negotiations with partners in finance and manufacturing prepares Sunbelt International for further expansion opportunities within the alternative energy sector.
