Sun Trolley Expands Service for City of Fort Lauderdale's Great American Beach Party Saturday, May 24, 2014

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The City of Fort Lauderdale will host, or shall we say, "throw" the 5th Annual Great American Beach Party on Saturday, May 24, 2014.

Want to kickoff the summer with this free, fun, family friendly event that offers live bands, a kids zone, a classic car show, a Sand Sculpting Contest, and an art show but worried about transportation? Don't worry the Sun Trolley has you covered!

The Sun Trolley's Las Olas and Beach Link Routes will operate from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Saturday May 24, 2014. Fares are $1 each way or $3 for an all day pass. To ride, just wave the trolley down on either the Las Olas Link Route or the Beach Link Route.

The Great American Beach Party will take place on Saturday, May 24, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Fort Lauderdale Beach near A1A and Las Olas Boulevard. To view a full list of transit options click here.
