Sun National Bank Appoints New Director of Wholesale Banking
VINELAND, N.J., May 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sun National Bank today announced that Derek W. Chauvette was appointed Executive Vice President and Director of Wholesale Banking. In that role, he will manage all commercial banking efforts and drive key strategic initiatives to expand lines of business, including wholesale lending, deposits, cash management, and government banking. He will also lead the bank's growing specialty segment business lines, including Healthcare, Real Estate, Asset-based Lending, CRA and Solar Financing. Derek will report directly to the CEO.

Chauvette joins Sun from KeyCorp in Cleveland, where he most recently served as National Business Executive for the Public Sector group, with responsibility for managing more than 50 professionals focused on providing Capital Market and Banking solutions to governmental, educational and non-profit organizations. In that role, he was responsible for driving revenue from multiple product lines including cash management, leasing, derivatives and public finance groups. He held several progressive management roles at KeyCorp, including National Sales Manager of the organization's Corporate Investment Services Group and Vice President of Fixed Income Sales.
