Sun Design Remodeling Specialists of Fairfax, Va., Wins Guildmaster with Highest Distinction Award Based on Client Satisfaction

BURKE, Va., May 25 /PRNewswire/ -- The customers of Sun Design Remodeling Specialists, Inc. of Burke, Va., have spoken -- and they have named Sun Design among the best of the best contractors -- the winner of a 2010 Guildmaster with Highest Distinction Award.

Each year, the Guild Quality organization gives special recognition to companies that have "a lengthy track record of exceptional customer feedback."  The Guildmaster Award celebrates service excellence among hundreds of builders, remodelers, contractors and real estate companies in the United States and Canada.  Awards are made based on satisfaction surveys of each company's recent clients.  

Guild Quality gives three types of awards: Guildmaster, Guildmaster with Distinction, and Guildmaster with Highest Distinction. The three levels relate to positive response rates in the survey: 80% or above receives "Distinction" and 90% or above receives "Highest Distinction." This year, Sun Design scored an average of more than 97% in four criteria: recommendation, trust, professionalism and organization, and concern for the needs of its customers.
