With more than 30 years of experience in the tech space, Stuart Huizinga joins Sun Basket as CFO, bringing deep knowledge of online consumer subscription models tied to healthy living. Huizinga most recently spent 16 years as CFO of eHealth, Inc., the leading online health insurance business, including 10 years during which the company was publicly traded. During his tenure as CFO of eHealth, an internet company at the crossroads of consumer and health, Huizinga scaled their annual revenue from $1 million to almost $200 million. Prior to joining eHealth, Huizinga served as a tech partner at Arthur Andersen LLP, a global CPA firm, and oversaw numerous public offerings of tech companies.

Rob Krolik, the former CFO of Yelp Inc., has agreed to join the Board of Directors and serve as the company's Audit Committee Chairman. During his five-year tenure as CFO from 2011 to 2016, Yelp's revenues grew from $50 million to more than $700 million, and its worldwide workforce grew to more than 4,000 employees. Krolik has more than 25 years of experience, including CFO positions at both public and private companies, including Yelp, Move, eBay, and DigitalThink. Krolik holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, is a certified public accountant (inactive), and was selected as a finalist for the Business Times CFO of the Year award. Krolik continues to serve on the board of directors and as audit committee chairman of Shazam Entertainment Ltd.

Jones served as the General Counsel for Diamond Foods, Inc. from October 2014 to February 2016, when Diamond Foods was acquired by Snyder's-Lance, Inc. Previously, Jones served as the General Counsel and Secretary of Annie's Inc., a leading natural and organic food company now owned by General Mills, General Counsel at Peet's Coffee & Tea, Inc., and Associate General Counsel at Del Monte Foods. She holds a JD from Harvard Law School.
