As you sail through exotic lands aboard Crystal Symphony, you can choose from many tried-and-true land excursions, as well as these new ones:

CRYSTAL BOUTIQUE ADVENTURES
Exclusive to Crystal Cruises' guests, Crystal Boutique Adventures are limited to small groups (six to 25 people), providing one-of-a-kind experiences that aren't available to the average traveler. In Asia, Crystal's added five new specially arranged excursions.

Sumo Stable: During this adventure, you'll pay an early morning visit to the Tokyo Sumo Stable. There, you'll observe "asa-keiko," the traditional training and practice routines of Japan's famed and elite wrestlers. A Sumo official will meet with the group to provide details about the sport and answer questions.

Dim Sum Making & Mixology at Ritz-Carlton: Hong Kong is renowned for its dim sum, and you'll participate in a hands-on class in Tin Lung Heen, the hotel's two-star Michelin restaurant, at the direction of Chef Lau. Afterward, dine on the morsels while you enjoy beverages created especially by the hotel's award-winning mixologist at Ozone, the highest bar in the world, as you take in panoramic views of Kowloon, Victoria Harbor and Hong Kong Island.

OVERLAND ADVENTURE
Among the new excursions is a two day, one-night Crystal Overland Adventure in China, which provides an up-close experience with pandas.

Giant Pandas: The Treasures of Chengdu: Travel to Chengdu by plane, where you'll tour the UNESCO City of Gastronomy, visiting its historic highlights, including traditional tea houses, antique shops, Shufengyayun Theater, hotels, nightclubs and dining outlets. The next day, you'll visit the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, where you'll have the rare opportunity to get up close and personal with a panda.
