TULSA, Okla., April 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Steve Ross has joined Summit ESP as Vice President – Finance and will be located in the Tulsa headquarters.
Steve brings to Summit ESP 25 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer with various international service and manufacturing companies. His most recent position was with GE Oil & Gas ESP (formerly Wood Group ESP) where he served for 15 years as their Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that Steve was the CFO of Harbison-Walker Inc., an international manufacturer of refractory products located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His first CFO position was with Natco, an international manufacturer of oil and gas processing equipment headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Steve also held various controller, management, and audit positions with a multi-billion dollar conglomerate, Combustion Engineering, Inc. The first four years of his career were spent in New York City in public accounting with a national CPA firm, Siedman & Siedman.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Long Island University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Steve has been married to his wife Mary for 31 years and they have two grown children.
