JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Nov. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit was awarded the contract to build Live Oak Apartments in Sarasota, FL. This Garden Style Community will consist of 300 units in 6 four-story buildings. The net square footage is 407,428. Amenities include a clubhouse, 2 six-bay garage buildings, mail kiosk, and pool area with a pavilion.

Construction has started and will be complete in Fall 2019. The developer is Waypoint Sarasota Live Oak Owner, LLC and the architect is Forum Architecture & Interior Design, Inc.
