JACKSONVILLE, Fla., July 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit Contracting Group (www.summit-contracting.com), a Multifamily General Contractor with offices in Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta, GA, has started construction on Sentosa Beachwalk. This is a Class A development within the master development called Beachwalk in St. Augustine, FL. It will consist of 348 units in 11 buildings, with 354,972 total square footage. 

In addition to access to the 14-acre beach lagoon, luxury amenities include a clubhouse, garages, dog park, sports courts, pool, grilling stations, and a Zen garden.

Construction is planned to be complete in Fall of 2019. The owner is Sentosa Beachwalk Apartments, LLC, and the architect is ARC3 Architecture, Inc.
