JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Nov. 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit has started construction on Lofts at Monroe, an affordable housing community in the LaVilla neighborhood of Downtown Jacksonville, FL. This is the second project Summit is building in LaVilla with the same developer, Vestcor. The first project, Lofts at LaVilla is opening by the new year and is 100% leased with a waiting list.

Amenities include a covered parking garage, controlled access, fitness center, internet café, lounge, bike storage, and dog walk. Construction has started and will be complete in Fall 2018. The developer is Vestcor and the architect is Group 4 Design, Inc.
