YouGX group exercise classes – including yoga, Zumba and Pilates – will also be free where available, and members and guests can work out with a YouCoach personal trainer in specially crafted mini-classes to showcase all Youfit has to offer.

In addition, Youfit is offering an exclusive two-day sale on YouCoach personal training from May 30-31. Members can purchase eight (8) YouCoach sessions for just $250!

Those who enjoy their free workouts can easily transition to a month-to-month membership, which starts at just $10 per month. All new Youfit members also receive a free personal training assessment with a YouCoach.
