Eric is a seasoned health care and retirement actuary, leader and consultant with over 25 years of industry experience. Having worked both within and for many of the nation's largest hospitals and health systems, he is a highly analytical leader with direct insight into the transformation taking place in today's health care environment. With a demonstrated track record of helping organizations anticipate and navigate these increasingly complex changes, Eric specializes in workforce architecture and the design and implementation of tailored total rewards programs for employees at all levels.

Organizations must develop more holistic, system-wide approaches to compensation and benefits to achieve both short and long term objectives. Leveraging an impressive depth of executive leadership and actuarial experience, Eric will work closely with clients to analyze executive, provider and employee workforce data and glean insights to support the development of integrated and value-driven total rewards strategies," said Ted Chien, President and CEO, SullivanCotter.
As a Principal in the firm's Employee Workforce Practice, Eric will play a vital role in advising hospitals and health systems on how to devise competitive, sustainable and enterprise-wide compensation and benefits frameworks that deliver on organizational mission and values. He also brings an extensive range of related experience including health plan strategy, operations, financial management, human resources, and health system integration and alignment, including due diligence and post-close integration for complex mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining SullivanCotter, Eric held a number of leadership positions at Ascension, the nation's largest Catholic health system operating in 24 states with more than 150,000 employees and providers.
