Sullivan will assume the position of President, Frank Gates Ohio and SVP York Risk Services Group.

Frank Gates Ohio is a division of York that offers group rating, state fund services and self-insured services in Ohio. As president of the division, Sullivan will be responsible for Frank Gates' strategic growth in the Ohio market, continuing to enhance the company's group rating programs, and ensuring consistent, high quality claims services for state funded and self insured employers.

Mr. Sullivan graduated from The Ohio State University with a B. S. degree in Agriculture.
