Sudhoff Properties Announces New Team Members

HOUSTON, June 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Sudhoff Properties, Houston's leading new home sales and marketing strategists, recently hired two new employees to strengthen its team of experts. These additions will be integral in growing Sudhoff Properties and continuing the firm's impressive success in the Houston real estate market.

Casey Ebel was recently hired as the Director of Sales for Sudhoff Properties.In this position, Ebel is tasked with managing all development sales agents. She ensures that Sudhoff agents are provided the necessary tools to meet and exceed sales goals and represent the firm's builders as the area's finest. Previously, Ebel worked at a nationally known real estate sales and marketing company where she developed and managed the sales and marketing programs from conception to completion for large multifamily, high-rise and mixed-use communities in Chicago, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Boston and Philadelphia. She also provided input on the design process and was directly involved in all advertising and public relations campaigns while she managed the day-to-day operations of the on-site sales offices. Her strong background has prepared her for success in her new position.
 

Betsy Woods was recently hired as the Director of Builder Finance with Sudhoff Properties. In this role, she assists developers in obtaining bank and equity financing through Sudhoff's sister company, Coastal Horizons. Additionally, she manages the consumer mortgage process in conjunction with Sudhoff Properties' preferred lender. Taking the burden off Sudhoff real estate agents by shepherding the buyer's mortgage process, she allows agents to focus on selling. Woods has been involved in the mortgage industry for more than 25 years and she holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oklahoma State University.
