SuccessFactors and Cast Iron Team to Help Customers Gain Real-Time Visibility into Essential Employee Information
SAN MATEO, Calif. and MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., May 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SuccessFactors, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFSF) and Cast Iron Systems, an IBM Company, announced that SuccessFactors' cloud-based Business Execution (BizX) Software Suite can now be integrated with on-premise business systems through Cast Iron's OmniConnect cloud-based integration platform. Customers can now take advantage of this integration capability to rapidly connect SuccessFactors' Employee Central with existing ERP systems using minimal IT resources.
Using Cast Iron OmniConnect, business service providers can expedite the integration of their HRIS, Payroll, Time and Absence Management and Benefits applications with SuccessFactors' solutions, assuring that companies can tap into rich employee data and unleash the full power of their workforce through the SuccessFactors BizX Suite. By integrating previously inaccessible data siloed within the organization into SuccessFactors' solutions, clients can ensure rapid adoption with minimal IT investment, overcoming a major challenge traditionally faced in moving to SaaS-based solutions. ERP endpoints include on-demand and on-premise applications from ADP, Oracle and SAP, among other vendors.
"Our partnership with Cast Iron reaffirms our commitment to making implementation of our solutions as easy and effective as possible," said Tom Fisher, vice president of cloud computing of SuccessFactors. "Together we're enabling companies to gain real-time visibility into critical data that's been locked inside legacy systems and use that data to help employees execute better, every day through our Business Execution Suite. Our partnership makes rapid integration with little IT investment a reality, and represents a major achievement in making SaaS adoption easier than ever."
"Cast Iron's partnership with SuccessFactors is already helping to deliver business value to companies of all sizes across a variety of industries," said Ken Comee of Cast Iron Systems. "This alliance demonstrates once again that integration is no longer an obstacle to SaaS adoption, but a competitive advantage for agile SaaS providers."
