STV Establishes New Energy Services Division

HOUSTON, Nov. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- STV, a leading engineering, architecture and construction management firm, recently announced the formation of a fourth operating division, STV Energy Services. The new division comprises STV's petroleum and gas, electrical transmission, and industrial process business, and its associated environmental practice.

Based in Houston, STV Energy Services is under the direction of Gerald Donnelly, P.E., Senior Vice President, who has been with STV since 1983. Donnelly developed the firm's energy practice with projects on the East Coast, the Gulf Coast and in the Midwest. In addition to Houston, STV Energy Services is located in Douglassville, Williamsport, and Pittsburgh, PA; Baltimore, MD; and Trenton, NJ.
