The Newest Sturdy Girl Ambassadors:
Julie Budinger, 30, of Exton, PA, was a collegiate sprinter who majored in exercise science, but had to find new fitness avenues after graduation. Attracted to the discipline and mental toughness required, and the amazing physical workout, she began boxing in 2014. She is certified as an ACE personal trainer, and an AFAA group exercise instructor.
Amy Hudgins, 41, of Rome, GA, is a human resources manager for a large healthcare provider by day, and a wellness dynamo on behalf of the same company after work. She leads such diverse fitness activities for her employer as trekking, novice runner training, cardio-sculpt classes, kickboxing, and boot camp. She is AFAA certified as a group exercise instructor and as a kickboxing instructor.
Rachel Weiss, 27, of Framingham, MA, finds nothing beats the feeling of personal power and success found in athletics. A gymnastics and dance director at the local Y, she is also a member of the CrossFit Resilience team in Hopkinton, MA, which recently placed 12 in the East Regional CrossFit Games, and set a world record in one of the events. She is NASM certified as a personal trainer.
Joanna Vagner, 36, of Roswell, GA, juggles a fulltime career with being an involved mom and dedicated athlete. After losing a significant amount of weight in 2007, she balances running, weightlifting, chasing her family, and coaching for Team BeachBody.
