Studio Center Adds New Senior Editor in Washington, DC
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., Aug. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Studio Center announced today the addition of David Neveu to the position of Senior Editor.
Born in Hawaii, raised in Northern VA and a graduate of Virginia Tech (Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University), Neveu worked as a freelance video editor for 20 years and at National Geographic from 2001 – 2012 and at Discovery Networks from 2013-2015.
Neveu's specialty is Broadcast promotions and his impressive body of work won major awards for WTTG-DC Fox 5 and the National Geographic Channel.
A much sought-after editor, Neveu has produced corporate videos for companies and organizations including Marriott, Fannie Mae, MCI, America Online, the American Diabetes Association, the Human Rights Campaign, Easter Seals, the Smithsonian, the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy, as well as industrial videos for the Department of Defense, the US Post Office, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Neveu also worked on long format programming for National Geographic Film & TV, the National Geographic Channel, the Travel Channel, the Discovery Channel, TLC, as well as Home & Garden Television. Some of the many long format shows Neveu edited include episodes for TV shows Ultimate Explorer with Lisa Ling, Curb Appeal and Designed to Sell.
Among his many professional accomplishments, Neveu produced and edited national television ads for countless Democratic Senate and Congressional races and four Presidential election campaigns: Clinton/Gore in 1996, Kerry/Edwards in 2004, and Obama/Biden in 2008 and 2012. He actually met Presidents Clinton and Obama.
