Students offered chance to win cross-Canada adventure to celebrate responsible choices

TORONTO, Sept. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ - Molson Coors Canada officially launches the Ultimate Day 2 contest Wednesday September 7th, 2011. The contest offers Canadian university and college students the chance to have one full day of adventure that takes them across Canada. It is part of Molson Coors Canada's active lifestyle and responsible choices program.
Students can enter for their chance to win between now and October 6, 2011 by visiting www.facebook.com/MolsonCoorsintheCommunity.
"Last year's Ultimate Day contest had an amazing response with entries from across Canada and our winner definitely had an ultimate day exploring this country while celebrating responsible choices," says Gavin Thompson, Public Affairs, Molson Coors Canada. "We think this is a great way to reinforce the message that what you get out of a day is shaped by the responsible decisions you make the night before."
The lucky winner and a friend will begin their ultimate day with breakfast in Halifax, then lunch and shopping with a pre-loaded $1,000 MasterCard in Toronto, and ending with dinner and a VIP hockey experience in Vancouver. The contest is just one part of Molson Coors' campus responsible drinking program which carries the theme "Today is brought to you by last night's choices". Other program elements include posters, TAXIGUY dollars and on-campus digital signage.
