AUSTIN, Texas, March 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Stubb's Legendary Bar-B-Q, makers of all-natural, premium Stubb's Bar-B-Q sauces, rubs and marinades, is launching a new look for its iconic bottles that speaks to the company's deep Texas roots, bold flavors, quality ingredients and passion for great barbecue. The new look will be on display in their booth at Expo West (booth #4813).

The new labels will appear on grocery store shelves in late spring and will feature a photo of company founder and Texas barbecue icon C.B. "Stubb" Stubblefield. They harken back to the original labels designed by Stubb himself when he began selling his famous sauce in whiskey bottles stopped with serrano peppers.
"Our new labels tell Stubb's story, his love of barbecue and the authentic taste captured in every bottle of our famous sauces, rubs and marinades," said Stubb's CEO and President Matt Gase. "Stubb always said, 'My life is in these bottles,' and these words continue to inspire us today as we carry on his legacy."
Sold in 85 percent of grocery stores nationwide, Stubb's small-batch sauces, rubs and marinades are all-natural, contain no high fructose corn syrup, and are the only nationally available barbecue sauce brand to carry the Gluten-Free Certification Organization's seal. Whether grilling outdoors or cooking on the stove, in the oven or slow-cooker, cooks can count on Stubb's to bring depth and flavor to chicken, pork, beef and fish – and even veggies. Here's a quick overview of the Stubb's line:
Sauces: The line-up includes Original, Sweet Heat, Spicy, Hickory Bourbon, Smokey Mesquite and Honey Pecan. At an average of 20 calories, 110 milligrams of sodium per tablespoon and no high fructose corn syrup (the first or second ingredient in most barbecue sauces), Stubb's is a healthier option with no sacrifice in taste.
Marinades: From light and tangy Chicken Marinade with brown sugar, onion, garlic and citrus, to zesty Beef Marinade, made with soy, lime, ginger and red pepper, Stubb's marinades (also including Pork and Steakhouse marinades) add interest to everyday cooking and grilling. Stubb's Injectable marinades in Texas Butter or Chipotle Butter come with their own injector and help create moist, flavorful holiday turkeys, summer briskets, weeknight beef and pork roasts and more.
Rubs: Stubb's savory spice blends in Bar-B-Q, Beef, Chicken, Pork and Steak can be used to prep meats for the grill or used to boost flavor and add a kick to any dish. As Stubb once said, "It all begins with a good rub."
