BoardMax Strategy allows nonprofits to operationalize their strategic plans. Strategic plans, including the organization's mission, vision, values, SWOT analysis and goals, can be housed directly within the board portal. This enables boards to link strategies, tasks and meeting agendas directly to strategic goals, and track progress accordingly.
"We designed BoardMax Strategy to help organizations bring their strategic plans to life," said StreamLink Software CEO Adam Roth. "It's not uncommon for nonprofits to spend thousands of dollars on a three-to-five year strategic plan, only for it to sit on a shelf. We want to help nonprofits give purpose to every meeting, successfully manage boards and committees, and ultimately fulfill their strategic goals."
BoardMax Strategy features a rich-text editor and pre-built fields to help nonprofits upload their strategic plans. Each strategy in the plan can then be assigned to either the full board or a committee with tasks delegated to responsible individuals. This provides executive directors visibility into the strategic plan's execution and drives board engagement, as members can clearly see how their activities tie into the organization's larger vision.
BoardMax Strategy users can also take advantage of the classic features of the BoardMax board management product, including meeting, member and document management.
