DRA Advisors Selects Firm to Handle Leasing and Management for Industrial Properties in 5 U.S. Markets

DALLAS, June 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Stream Realty Partners, L.P., a national real estate services, development and investment firm, today announced that it has been selected by DRA Advisors LLC, to provide property management and leasing services for the industrial portfolio recently acquired from Weingarten Realty Investors in Texas and Georgia. The properties span across five cities including Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio, totaling approximately 7 million square feet.

The assignment brings Stream's leasing and management portfolio to 85 million square feet across the U.S. With the addition, the firm added 1 million square feet in Atlanta, 500,000 square feet in Austin, 2.5 million square feet in Dallas, 2.25 million square feet in Houston and 700,000 square feet in San Antonio. Stream officially took over leasing and management of the properties at the time of closing.
