Stream Realty Partners Represents Doyen Sebesta LTD, LLP in Lease Transaction

HOUSTON, June 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Stream Realty Partners, a national real estate services, development and investment firm, recently negotiated an expansion and extension of Doyen Sebesta's lease at Paragon Center One, 450 Gears Road. As a result of this transaction, Doyen Sebesta now leases 5,694 RSF in the building.
