StratoComm Corporation Chairman Roger D. Shearer announces the scheduling of its annual shareholder meeting for Wednesday, April 27, 2011. The meeting is to commence at 10 AM at a location in Albany, New York that will be selected to accommodate the number of participating shareholders based upon responses to the proxy statements that will be distributed by the mid of  March.

Among the agenda items before shareholders will be ratification of StratoComm's appointed Board of Directors to a full one year term.  During the month of February the company will finalize engagement of a proxy company to manage the process leading up to and through the meeting.
