Customer Experience Services Will Be Available in Australia and New Zealand
SYDNEY, Oct. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Strativity Group, Inc. (www.strativity.com) today announced the opening of their Australian office. The team will offer Strativity Group's customer experience research and consulting services as well as educational services in Australia and New Zealand.
These offerings which include Experience 360®, Experience Inventory™, The Economics of Customer Experience™, Customer Strategy Assessment™, Evolve Your Performance™ training programs and will be adapted according to local market requirements. The Australian office will be based in Sydney and headed up by Brad Meehan. During the last few years, Brad has designed and deployed enterprise level customer strategies for several ASX 100 companies. Prior to a move into consulting, Brad was the Head of Customer Strategy at Bank of Queensland. Before that, he led the National Business Development and Client Management team at Professional Advantage. Brad gained his MBA with Distinction from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2007. He has completed Harvard Business School Leadership Programs in both Customer-Centric Strategy (2009) and Competitive Strategy (2010). Brad has also lectured in QUT's MBA program in the fields of strategy and customer experience management.
